Activites include canoeing, fishing, sunbathing, hiking and swimming. This park features one mile of white sand beach, a dune boardwalk and restrooms that are accessible from the beach. Interpretive programs are offered during the summer months to help visitors explore the variety of dunes, salt marshes and woodland that make up this park.
